FOR US CUSTOMERS:
In order to offer free or low cost shipping from Canada, we use a cross-border delivery service. We ship to them, they ship it to USPS.
Because of this, tracking is typically updated 2-5 business days after orders leave our hands. Once the orders reach USPS you can expect an additional 2-5 business days before delivery.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Most Canadian orders are sent out via Canada Post untracked letter-mail, which takes anywhere from 2-10 business days to be delivered, normally. Tracking may be available for larger orders. All shipping numbers given are estimates.
FOR OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are typically sent out via our cross border shipping partners (as mentioned for US Orders). It typically takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery to your door, depending on your location and how busy the postal system is. Tracking is usually available, except in select countries. Feel free to inquire before placing your order.
Returns

Conditions of return
